Anyone else feel this way? I've been here for 17 years and You can expect to pay around $922 for rent here. Average temperature is around 47--F, so expect cold winters. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Has anyone dealt with this? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The city has invested a lot in new development.
