Anyone else feel this way? Rent is about $1,234/month for a decent place. With a population of 14,657, Gladeview is a small town. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. What neighborhoods would you suggest? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
