Not sure if this has been asked before, but Been living here since 2016. You can expect to pay around $1,095 for rent here. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Cheers. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The weather takes some getting used to.
