Been meaning to ask this. Born and raised here. Poverty rate is 10.4%, which is around average. The unemployment rate is 2.6%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $90,395, which feels pretty solid for the area. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The suburbs are where most families end up. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
