First time home buyer in Glasgow

First post here. I grew up here but left for a while. The unemployment rate is 3.7%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $346,200 on average. The city has invested a lot in new development. Has anyone dealt with this?

Longtime lurker here, My family moved here when I was a kid. With a population of 16,095, Glasgow is a small town. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
