Is Glasgow a good place to live?

Hey everyone, You can expect to pay around $836 for rent here. The unemployment rate is 2.6%, which is pretty low. It's a a small town city with about 15,141 people. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

Pros:
- Nice parks and trails
- Growing food scene
- Low taxes

Cons:
- Cold winters
- Limited nightlife
- Boring for young people
I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
