Longtime lurker here, Rent is about $814/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 4.3%, which is about average. Median household income is $50,625, which feels on the lower side for the area. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Thanks in advance! The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
