What Glassboro does better than anywhere else

Just moved here 1 months ago and Homes are going for about $276,900 on average. The median home value here is around $276,900, which seems about average. Property taxes are high but you get good services. What are your go-to spots? TIA!

Bought a house here in 2017 and it's been a really good experience overall. Property values have gone up significantly since then.

As someone who grew up here, it was the best decision I ever made. A lot has changed in the past few years though. cultural scene used to be much manageable but now it's hit or miss.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. I have mixed feelings honestly. Compared to Houston it's decent.
