Anyone else feel this way? Poverty rate is 3.5%, which is pretty low. With a population of 16,630, Glen Allen is a small town. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Anyone in a similar situation? Looking forward to hearing from you all. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
