Hi all, Poverty rate is 6.8%, which is pretty low. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Let me know your thoughts.

Public transit is decent here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I genuinely enjoy living here.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want pet-friendliness, then yeah this place is great. But if traffic matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
