First post here. I'm a nurse at the local hospital and The median home value here is around $654,500, which is pretty steep. With a population of 28,101, Glen Cove is a smaller city. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Worth the trade-offs? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
