Glen Rock housing prices -when will it stop?

Random thought, My family moved here when I was a kid. With a population of 12,082, Glen Rock is a small town. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. What do you all think? Any help is appreciated.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a marketing manager who relocated here from Chicago about 5 years ago. The main reasons were a fresh start and cost of living.

Pros I've experienced:
- Nice parks and green spaces
- Affordable housing options
- Strong sense of community

Cons that are real:
- Traffic during rush hour is rough
- Nightlife is limited

Financially, we've found it hit or miss compared to where we came from. Lots of new construction which should help. Groceries are stable, gas is tough.

Socially, it's exactly what I was looking for. No regrets on my end..
