Should I move to Glendale or stay in St. Louis?

Anyone else feel this way? I'm originally from Charlotte and The median home value here is around $347,000, which seems about average. Median household income is $70,139, which feels about average for the area. Average temperature is around 74°F, so it's warm year-round. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The suburbs are where most families end up. The city has invested a lot in new development. The suburbs are where most families end up. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The suburbs are where most families end up. The weather takes some getting used to.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is safety. the quality of life is solid. Worth doing your research before committing.

Hot take but it's exactly what I was looking for. I know a lot of people disagree but after 3 years here, that's my honest assessment.
