Glendale is underrated, change my mind

Hi all, Median household income is $84,262, which feels pretty solid for the area. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Anyone in a similar situation?

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are surprisingly good, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
