Glendale quality of life — am I missing something?
Hey, I'm a 50-year-old pharmacist and With a population of 192K, Glendale is a mid-size city. Household incomes average around $84,262 in Glendale. Homes are going for about $1,043,900 on average. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Any advice would be great. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's changing fast — some good, some not so much. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
