What to expect moving to Glendale?

Hi all, I work in consulting and Median household income is $84,262, which feels pretty solid for the area. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The food scene here is surprisingly good. From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are solid, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
