Hello, We have two kids and It's a a smaller city city with about 32,864 people. Homes are going for about $249,000 on average. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Any advice would be great. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up.
