Worst things about Glendale nobody talks about
Hey everyone, I'm a college student here and The unemployment rate is 2.6%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Glendale sits at 258.0 per 100K. Average temperature is around 48--F, so expect cold winters. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The weather takes some getting used to.
