Glendora is underrated, change my mind

So, We're a young couple and Average temperature is around 65--F, so the weather is moderate. You can expect to pay around $2,218 for rent here. Crime rate is something to consider -Glendora sits at 296.9 per 100K. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Does this match your experience? The city has invested a lot in new development. The suburbs are where most families end up. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem challenging.

I've been here 5 years and the quality of life is solid. The thing nobody mentions is school system. It's pricey and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the dating scene is legit. And if you're into running, this place is excellent.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Fairview side vs the Eastside side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
