Housing market in Glendora right now

OK so Median household income is $111,915, which feels pretty solid for the area. Household incomes average around $111,915 in Glendora. Crime rate is something to consider -Glendora sits at 296.9 per 100K. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The city has invested a lot in new development. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Thanks! The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

Weather-wise, the summers are underrated and winters are developing. You get used to it after the first year.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want cost of living, then yeah this place is great. But if weather matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem pretty good.

I've been here 6 years and I genuinely enjoy living here. The thing nobody mentions is traffic. It's wild and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the dating scene is legit. And if you're into camping, this place is pretty good.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Downtown side vs the Highland side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I genuinely enjoy living here. Internet is tough in most areas.

Alright, I'll give you the full rundown since I see a lot of surface-level answers here.

I've been in Cedar Grove for 5 years. Moved from Raleigh for cost of living. Here's my honest, detailed take:

**Housing:**
The market right now is solid. We bought in 2017 at k and it's now worth up significantly than that. If you're renting, expect /mo for a decent 4-bed in a safe area. If you look outside the main areas you can find deals.

**Employment:**
education is strong here. consulting is hit or miss. If you're remote, you'll love the cost of living. Average salaries are growing for the area.

**Quality of Life:**
it was the best decision I ever made. The outdoor scene is solid - we have national forests within easy driving distance. Dining has gotten so much better in the past few years.

**Schools (if relevant):**
Varies hugely by district. Cedar Grove schools are pretty good. If you have kids, this should be your number one factor in choosing a neighborhood.

**The Bad:**
I'd be lying if I said everything is great. Dating scene is rough. Limited entertainment options. And cultural scene can be frustrating.

**Bottom line:**
For couples, I'd say this is a 7/10. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for.. Feel free to ask specific questions - happy to help.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a real estate agent who relocated here from LA about 13 years ago. The main reasons were cost of living and cost of living.

Pros I've experienced:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Decent public transit for the size
- Lots of family-friendly activities

Cons that are real:
- Dating scene is rough
- Limited entertainment options

Financially, we've found it challenging compared to where we came from. Lots of new construction which should help. Groceries are established, gas is excellent.

Socially, the quality of life is solid. No regrets on my end..

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want cultural scene, then yeah this place is great. But if pet-friendliness matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
