Hello, Average temperature is around 65--F, so the weather is moderate. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Should I be concerned? The food scene here is surprisingly good. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
