Considering Glendora vs Cincinnati -help me decide

I'm a college student here and Crime rate is something to consider -Glendora sits at 248.8 per 100K. Average temperature is around 55--F, so expect cold winters. It's a a small town city with about 5,367 people. You can expect to pay around $782 for rent here. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Would love some local perspective. Thanks for reading. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The city has invested a lot in new development. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The weather takes some getting used to.
