Grocery stores in Glendora -recommendations?

Anyone else feel this way? I'm a remote worker and Homes are going for about $219,700 on average. It's a a small town city with about 5,367 people. With a population of 5,367, Glendora is a small town. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Thoughts? The suburbs are where most families end up. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a real estate agent who relocated here from LA about 12 years ago. The main reasons were school and a fresh start.

Pros I've experienced:
- Good schools in most areas
- Good healthcare facilities
- Good internet infrastructure

Cons that are real:
- Not a lot of cultural diversity
- Chain restaurants dominate

Financially, we've found it underrated compared to where we came from. The market is competitive but not impossible. Groceries are affordable, gas is hit or miss.

Socially, it was the best decision I ever made. Feel free to reach out with questions..
