What Glenmont does better than anywhere else
Hey, I'm retired and Household incomes average around $115,058 in Glenmont. You can expect to pay around $1,959 for rent here. The median home value here is around $542,300, which is pretty steep. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Has anyone dealt with this? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The suburbs are where most families end up. The city has invested a lot in new development.
