How are the schools in Glenn Heights?

Hello, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and You can expect to pay around $1,544 for rent here. Poverty rate is 8.1%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $79,739 in Glenn Heights. The city has invested a lot in new development. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Any advice would be great. Cheers. The city has invested a lot in new development. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

We moved here with our family and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Schools in Cedar Grove area are tough. Kids love it here.

Used to live on the Downtown side, now on the Fairview side. Completely different vibe. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem challenging.

I've been here 4 years and it was the best decision I ever made. The thing nobody mentions is pet-friendliness. It's manageable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the housing market is legit. And if you're into golfing, this place is solid.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Springfield side vs the Maple Ridge side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Would recommend to anyone considering it..

Weather-wise, the summers are excellent and winters are competitive. You get used to it after the first year.
