Best neighborhoods to rent in Glenwood?

Hello, I'm retired and You can expect to pay around $1,639 for rent here. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Let me know your thoughts. The city has invested a lot in new development. The city has invested a lot in new development. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want nightlife, then yeah this place is great. But if cultural scene matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 9 years ago from Portland and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. We're paying /mo for a 4-bed in Downtown. It's excellent for what you get.

Jobs: The market is wild right now, especially in government. If you're in real estate you might struggle.

People: Generally hit or miss. It took about 14 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: hit or miss. Tons of options if you like craft beer.

Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
