Housing in Glenwood compared to Dallas

Just moved here 7 months ago and Homes are going for about $182,900 on average. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Would love some local perspective. Appreciate any input.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are excellent, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
