So, I work in automotive and Average temperature is around 53--F, so expect cold winters. The median home value here is around $182,900, which is actually reasonable. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Worth the trade-offs? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
