Not sure if this has been asked before, but I work in government and Rent is about $909/month for a decent place. Average temperature is around 64--F, so the weather is moderate. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Thoughts? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
