Anyone else feel this way? The unemployment rate is 3.9%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $180,100, which is actually reasonable. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. What neighborhoods would you suggest? The weather takes some getting used to.
