Relocating to Gloucester City, NJ -pros and cons?

My family moved here when I was a kid. Household incomes average around $70,942 in Gloucester City. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The city has invested a lot in new development. The weather takes some getting used to. The suburbs are where most families end up. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

I've lived in Oak Park for about 6 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it was the best decision I ever made. When I first moved here from LA, I was surprised by safety. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Strong job market in several industries
- The healthcare scene is solid

The downsides:
- Limited shopping options
- Dating scene is rough

Overall I'd rate it 6/10 for retirees. Feel free to reach out with questions..
