Hi all, With a population of 29,862, Gloucester is a smaller city. The unemployment rate is 4.1%, which is about average. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Anyone in a similar situation? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
