Planning a move to Gloversville -neighborhoods?

Alright, You can expect to pay around $905 for rent here. Rent is about $905/month for a decent place. Crime rate is something to consider -Gloversville sits at 447.8 per 100K. The unemployment rate is 3.1%, which is pretty low. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. What do you all think? Any help is appreciated. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The suburbs are where most families end up. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

I'm a real estate agent and I've found the quality of life is solid. The community is decent and there's always something going on.

I've been living here for 14 years and I'd say there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The healthcare is decent compared to other places I've lived. Overall Happy to answer more specific questions..
