First post here. I've been here for 4 years and Average temperature is around 57--F, so the weather is moderate. Household incomes average around $92,220 in Goddard. Crime rate is something to consider -Goddard sits at 84.0 per 100K. The unemployment rate is 2.8%, which is pretty low. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. What would you do? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
