Best neighborhoods in Godfrey

Been meaning to ask this. I'm a 47-year-old lawyer and Homes are going for about $181,400 on average. Poverty rate is 3.6%, which is pretty low. The unemployment rate is 2.2%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $1,111 for rent here. The suburbs are where most families end up. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Thoughts? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The city has invested a lot in new development. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
