Hey everyone, Average temperature is around 72--F, so it's warm year-round. Household incomes average around $85,833 in Gold Canyon. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Let me know your thoughts. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
