OK so I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Median household income is $166,250, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's a a small town city with about 7,661 people. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Am I wrong here? Cheers.
