Curious what people think. Median household income is $95,913, which feels pretty solid for the area. The median home value here is around $790,500, which is pretty steep. Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Am I wrong here? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
