Working remotely from Golden

Hey folks, I'm a teacher here and Median household income is $95,913, which feels pretty solid for the area. The suburbs are where most families end up. Is this normal for Golden? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The weather takes some getting used to.

Used to live on the Pine Hills side, now on the Fairview side. Completely different vibe. it's been a really good experience overall.
