Hey everyone, I've been here for 4 years and You can expect to pay around $1,641 for rent here. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Any advice would be great. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

I'm still on the fence after all this time. When I first moved here from Nashville, I was surprised by community vibe. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.
A few things worth knowing:
- Low crime in most neighborhoods
- Lots of new development happening
- The dating scene scene is average
The downsides:
- Chain restaurants dominate
- Road conditions need improvement
Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for couples. Hope this helps!.
