OK so I'm a 26-year-old sales rep and The median home value here is around $365,400, which seems about average. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Let me know your thoughts. TIA! The city has invested a lot in new development. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
