I grew up here but left for a while. Homes are going for about $376,300 on average. Average temperature is around 55--F, so expect cold winters. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The weather takes some getting used to. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Should I be concerned? The city has invested a lot in new development.
