Job hunting in Golden Valley -tips?

Alright, My family moved here when I was a kid. The unemployment rate is 0.5%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $153,000 on average. With a population of 7,999, Golden Valley is a small town. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The food scene here is surprisingly good. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. I've been living here for 5 years and I'd say it was the best decision I ever made. The weather is surprisingly good compared to other places I've lived. Overall It's not for everyone but it works for us..

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is cultural scene. I love the pace of life here. Worth doing your research before committing.

As someone who grew up here, it's improved dramatically in recent years. A lot has changed in the past few years though. housing market used to be much pricey but now it's pretty good.
