Not sure if this has been asked before, but It's a a small town city with about 3,458 people. The median home value here is around $194,100, which is actually reasonable. Rent is about $892/month for a decent place. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Would love some local perspective. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
