Rent vs buy in Goldenrod -what makes sense?
Hi all, I'm a college student here and Median household income is $62,410, which feels about average for the area. The unemployment rate is 7.6%, which is concerning. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
