Is Goldsboro still affordable?

Been meaning to ask this. We're a young couple and The unemployment rate is 3.7%, which is pretty low. With a population of 33,448, Goldsboro is a smaller city. The suburbs are where most families end up. Thoughts? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
