First post here. I grew up here but left for a while. Rent is about $2,385/month for a decent place. The median home value here is around $1,002,500, which is pretty steep. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
