Been meaning to ask this. My family moved here when I was a kid. You can expect to pay around $720 for rent here. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Does this match your experience? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
