Gonzalez vs Austin -which is better?

I'm single, late 20s, and Average temperature is around 69--F, so the weather is moderate. It's a a small town city with about 13,861 people. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. What do you all think? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are underrated, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

We moved here with our family and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Schools in Westside area are solid. Kids love it here.
