Random thought, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and You can expect to pay around $372 for rent here. Poverty rate is 52.1%, which is higher than I expected. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. What do you all think? Property taxes are high but you get good services.
